Information you share within a collaborative project may be visible to other users who have access to that project according to applicable project permissions.

We process and store your content to provide the Services, including saving projects, synchronizing information, enabling collaboration, displaying your content to authorized project members, and providing features you choose to use.

Cinelaya does not claim ownership of your screenplay, script, story, characters, production materials, or other original creative work merely because you create, upload, or store it using Cinelaya.

Access to collaborative content depends on project permissions. If you share a project with other users, those users may be able to view, edit, copy, download, or otherwise interact with the content according to the features and permissions available within Cinelaya.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your screenplay or creative projects.

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We may use third-party providers to help operate Cinelaya, including providers of cloud hosting and storage, authentication, email communications, payment processing, analytics, diagnostics, customer support, and security.

These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to perform their services.

Project Collaborators

If you join or create a collaborative project, information and content associated with that project may be shared with authorized project members.
